Polyurethane rigid foams provide high compressive strength and dimensional stability while being lighter than cast urethane elastomers. Rigid spray foams are excellent choices for applications which require primary or secondary structural support. Rigid spray foams also offer great insulation qualities and are commonly used in cold chain and housing projects. Lighter density rigid spray foams offer effective solutions for flotation applications.

RS 1400 Series
The RS 1400 Series has proved itself capable in transportation, marine, artificial plant potting, composite coring, and energy markets.
The 1400 Series offers our best R-value, K-factor, and compressive strength in densities ranging from 2 lb/ft3 to 10 lb/ft3.
This series exhibits high closed cell content and thrives in void-filling, insulation, and back-fill applications.

RS-F 1400 Series
(Flame Retardant Spray Foams)
The RS-F Series is a FR rated extension of the standard 1400 Series. This series is primarily designed for flotation foam requiring MIL-P- 21929C, but can be used for any application requiring flame retardancy.
