The CE 203 Series is a two-component polyurethane elastomer series with Shore Hardnesses ranging from 80 A to 65 D. The CE 203 Series exhibits exceptional abrasion resistance, high stress and strain tolerances, and easy moldability. The CE 203 Series is designed for applications requiring extreme high performance in parts that are exposed to high levels of stress, strain, compression, and temperature.

The CE 204 Series is a two-component polyurethane elastomer series with Shore Hardnesses ranging from 45 A to 85 A. Although the CE 204 Series is a versatile product, it is specifically designed for concrete molding applications. Applications may include concrete molds, stamp pads, and forms. The CE 204 Series transfers intricate details from a master. Due to the long cure time, the CE 204 Series can comfortably cast larger parts, and can be sped up to meet faster production demands.

The CE 208 Series is a two-component polyurethane elastomer series with Shore Hardnesses ranging from 45 A to 95 A. The CE 208 Series is a versatile product and can be utilized in a broad range of applications. The 208 Series is particularly well suited for operators located in cooler climates due to its increased isocyanate stability.

The CE 209 Series is a two-component polyurethane elastomer series with Shore Hardnesses ranging from 40 A to 93 A. The CE 209 Series is a versatile product and can be utilized in a broad range of applications. The 209 Series is particularly well suited for applications requiring more flexibility.

The CG 100 Series is a two-component filled polyurethane elastomer with low shrink rate and excellent moldability and detail transfer. The CG 100 Series is primarily utilized in flexible wall trim molding applications. Each system can be supplied unfilled for users who desire to utilize their preferred fillers.

Eteco, Inc.’s series of casting systems is comprised of two-component polyurethane elastomers with Shore Hardnesses ranging from 45 D to 80 D. This series is comprised of water-thin materials useful for intricate castings with multiple cavities.

This series is also comprised of specialized elastomers perfected to maximize performance in their respective applications. Each material in this series varies in tensile and elongation values; some products focus on rigidity and strength while others focus on flexibility.

Eteco, Inc. offers filled casting systems for users who are casting parts which require minimal shrink. These systems are offered as 81 D and 83 D Shore Hardnesses. CG 81 and CG 83 both offer excellent self-leveling, air release, and flowability.

Eteco, Inc.’s line of roto-cast systems offer elastomers ranging in Shore Hardnesses from 65 D to 75 D. These materials are designed for roto-casting where improved heat distortion resistance is required at elevated temperatures. Our roto-cast systems exhibit excellent flow, wetting, sand-ability, impact strength, and chemical resistance.

Eteco, Inc.’s series of thixotropic systems is comprised of two-component polyurethane elastomers with Shore Hardnesses ranging from 55 D to 80 D. These materials are each supplied as liquid but once mixed, the system becomes thixotropic, allowing for easy brushing or spreading on vertical walls. Once fully cured, each material is tough and flexible with high impact resistance. Eteco, Inc.’s thixotropic systems can be used as an adhesive, coating, or as a patch material for spray urethanes. They can be applied with a brush, paint stick, or trowel.
