Adhesives
Eteco, Inc. provides a wide array of both single and dual component adhesives with varied cure times with effective bonding on numerous substrates. Each adhesive is supplied solvent-free but can be diluted in a solvent for easier application. Eteco, Inc.’s established product lines are designed to meet a variety of applications, but we excel in custom formulating adhesives to meet your specific needs.
Cast Elastomers
Eteco, Inc. provides a wide array of cast elastomer systems. Our catalog ranges from gels and rubber-like Shore A materials to rock hard Shore D materials. Each elastomer system is formulated to meet a specific application, but our general catalog can be modified to fit various processing speeds. Our cast elastomers cure in normal operating temperatures and do not require high heat to be workable or curable.
Spray Elastomers & Coatings
Spray Elastomers are traditionally used as polyurethane spray-on coatings which offer high elongation and tensile strengths with resistance to chemicals and weather. Eteco, Inc. supplies an array of spray elastomers ranging from 45 Shore A to 85 Shore D. Our spray elastomer catalog includes pure polyurethane, pure polyurea, and hybrid systems.
Flexible Foams
Eteco, Inc. provides an array of flexible foam systems across a wide range of densities and ILD values. Our flexible foam portfolio currently covers applications utilizing high resilient, self-healing, memory, integral skin, and spray foams. Eteco, Inc. prides itself in its flexible foam expertise and can provide a custom formulated flexible foam system to meet your desired feel.
Rigid Pour Foams
Eteco, Inc. provides several rigid foam systems covering a wide range of densities and reaction speeds. Our current portfolio provides solutions for applications utilizing molding, void filling, roto casting, concrete lifting, slow cure, fast cure, and so much more. Although our portfolio covers a vast array of applications, Eteco, Inc. can custom formulate a rigid foam system to meet your specific application needs.
Rigid Spray Foams
Eteco, Inc. offers closed cell spray foam in density ranges between 2 lb/ft3 to 10 lb/ft3. Eteco, Inc.’s rigid spray foam offers excellent R-value, K-factor, and compressive strength. Our rigid spray foams are offered as non-FR and FR versions depending on your certification requirements. Although our portfolio covers a vast array of applications, Eteco, Inc. can custom formulate a rigid foam system to meet your specific application needs.
Packaging Foams
Packaging foam is essential for transporting uniquely shaped items. Eteco, Inc. offers two separate material lines for packaging foam applications ranging in densities from 0.5 lb/ft3 to 2.5 lb/ft3. Our packaging foams can be used in pour in place, bagging, and pre-molded insert applications.
