The CE 203 Series is a two-component polyurethane elastomer series with Shore Hardnesses ranging from 80 A to 65 D. The CE 203 Series exhibits exceptional abrasion resistance, high stress and strain tolerances, and easy moldability. The CE 203 Series is designed for applications requiring extreme high performance in parts that are exposed to high levels of stress, strain, compression, and temperature.

The CE 208 Series is a two-component polyurethane elastomer series with Shore Hardnesses ranging from 45 A to 95 A. The CE 208 Series is a versatile product and can be utilized in a broad range of applications. The 208 Series is particularly well suited for operators located in cooler climates due to its increased isocyanate stability.

The CE 209 Series is a two-component polyurethane elastomer series with Shore Hardnesses ranging from 40 A to 93 A. The CE 209 Series is a versatile product and can be utilized in a broad range of applications. The 209 Series is particularly well suited for applications requiring more flexibility.

This series is comprised of water-thin materials useful for intricate castings with multiple cavities. This series is also comprised of specialized elastomers perfected to maximize performance in their respective applications. Each material in this series varies in tensile and elongation values; some products focus on rigidity and strength while others focus on flexibility.

Eteco, Inc.’s line of roto-cast systems offer elastomers ranging in Shore Hardnesses from 65 D to 75 D. These materials are designed for roto-casting where improved heat distortion resistance is required at elevated temperatures. Eteco, Inc.’s series of patching systems is comprised of two-component polyurethane elastomers with Shore Hardnesses ranging from 55 D to 80 D. These materials are each supplied as liquid but once mixed, the system becomes thixotropic, allowing for easy brushing or spreading on vertical walls. Once fully cured, each material is tough and flexible with high impact resistance. Eteco, Inc.’s patching systems can be used as an adhesive, coating, or as a patch material for spray urethanes. They can be applied with a brush, paint stick, or trowel.

The 7600 Series is a high resilient flexible foam series offered in a 3 lb/ft3 density with variable speeds to provide optimal processing for a broad range of mold volumes. These foams are suited for all types of molding including seating, furniture, and automotive applications. The 7600 Series offers low ILD measurements for applications that require plushness and ultra comfort without being a memory foam.

The 7700 Series is an integral skin (I-Skin) flexible foam series offered in variable densities dependent on the loading level of blowing agent. Per our standard densities, the 7700 Series offers I-Skin Shore Hardnesses ranging from 55 A to 60 D. The 7700 Series provides exceptional tensile and tear strength with a tough skin that provides durability. The 7700 Series offers a broad range of ILD measurements.

The FFR 7900 Series is a high resilient and self-healing flexible foam series offered in densities ranging from 12 lb/ft3 to 20 lb/ft3. These foams are specifically designed to serve the aerospace and automotive industry for padding and armrests but can be utilized in other applications. The FFR 7900 Series is FAR 25.283a Flame Specification certified for aircraft cabin use. The FFR 7900 Series offers mid to high ILD measurements.

The FT 7400 Series is a high resilient and self-healing flexible foam series offered in densities ranging from 6 lb/ft3 to 30 lb/ft3. These foams are most effective in applications where the foam is expected to endure repeated piercing through the skin. The 7400 Series provides exceptional shock absorption. Due to its self-healing nature, FT 7400 foams provide end users with a durable product. The FT 7400 Series offers mid to high ILD measurements.

The 8100 Series is designed for special effects and prototype applications where high com¬pression and tensile values are required. The slower reaction profile allows users to hand cast intricate or low volume parts. Each of these materials can be supplied in a flame-retardant version. Eteco, Inc.’s rigid pour foams contain no HFC’s or HFO’s.

The 8200 Series is our legacy workhorse rigid foam offering. Although it can be utilized in any application, the 8200 series excel in furniture parts and as a core material for composite applications. It is best utilized in void-filling processes where the foam offers primary or secondary structural support. Each of these materials can be supplied in a flame-retardant version. Eteco, Inc.’s rigid pour foams contain no HFC’s or HFO’s.

The 8300 Series is a medium density foam series with faster working times. This material is best processed through RIM equipment. Once fully cured, the 8300 Series exhibits excellent surface characteristics, high compressive strength, and resistance to distortion caused by fluctuating extreme temperatures. Each of these materials can be supplied in a flame-retardant version. Eteco, Inc.’s rigid pour foams contain no HFC’s or HFO’s.

Initially designed for insulation paneling in the transportation market, the 8600 Series has proved itself capable in marine, artificial plant potting, composite coring, and energy markets. The 8600 Series offers our best R-value, K-factor, and compressive strength. This series exhibits the highest closed cell content and thrives in molding and void-filling applications. The 8800 Series is the latest addition to our portfolio; designed to replace HFC and HFO co-blown rigid foams. The 8800 Series provides a more environmentally friendly option due to its lack of HFC’s, HFO’s, and VOC’s. These systems create a smooth, almost “cell-less” skin in molded products. The 8800 Series is primarily used in taxidermy and molding applications where the foam skin is exposed. Each of these materials can be supplied in a flame-retardant version.

The HLS Series is designed for intricate mold¬ing applications where an un-dentable surface is required. The HLS Series exhibits excellent flowability and readily accepts paints. Eteco, Inc.’s rigid pour foams contain no HFC’s or HFO’s.

HLS 8524 is a UL-94 rated product and is designed for molding intricate electronic, medical, and appliance fixtures with high heat deflection requirements. HLS 8524 is best processed through RIM dispensing equipment.

The HP-F Series is a FR rated extension of the standard 8600 and 8800 Series. This series is primarily designed for flotation foam requiring MIL-P- 21929C but can be used for any application requiring flame retardancy. Eteco, Inc.’s rigid pour foams contain no HFC’s or HFO’s. All materials from our standard HP 8600 and HP 880 Series can be supplied in a flame-retardant version.
