The CE 204 Series is a two-component polyurethane elastomer series with Shore Hardnesses ranging from 45 A to 85 A. Although the CE 204 Series is a versatile product, it is specifically designed for concrete molding applications. Applications may include concrete molds, stamp pads, and forms. The CE 204 Series transfers intricate details from a master. Due to the long cure time, the CE 204 Series can comfortably cast larger parts, and can be sped up to meet faster production demands.

The CG 100 Series is primarily utilized in flexible wall trim molding applications. Each system can be supplied unfilled for users who desire to utilize their preferred fillers.

Eteco, Inc.’s series of casting systems is comprised of two-component polyurethane elastomers with Shore Hardnesses ranging from 45 D to 80 D. This series is comprised of water-thin materials useful for intricate castings with multiple cavities. This series is also comprised of specialized elastomers perfected to maximize performance in their respective applications. Each material in this series varies in tensile and elongation values; some products focus on rigidity and strength while others focus on flexibility.

Eteco, Inc. offers a variety of pure polyurethane spray elastomers with Shore Hardnesses ranging from 70 D to 85 D. Eteco, Inc.’s spray coatings are 100% solids and contain minimal to no VOCs. Eteco, Inc.’s pure polyurethane spray coatings exhibit high gloss retention eliminating the need for sanding and polishing. Eteco, Inc.’s pure polyurethane spray coatings are designed to be used in applications such as hard coats, waterproof liners, secondary containment liners, and architectural coatings.

Eteco, Inc. offers a variety of hybrid spray elastomers with Shore Hardnesses ranging from 50 D to 70 D. Eteco, Inc.’s spray coatings are 100% solids and contain minimal to no VOCs. Eteco, Inc.’s hybrid spray coatings are designed to be used in applications such as hard coats, truck bed liners, tank coatings, waterproof liners, secondary containment liners, and architectural coatings.

Polyurea spray elastomers are the best option for applications requiring the ultimate weather and chemical corrosion resistance. Eteco, Inc. offers a variety of polyurea spray elastomers with Shore Hardnesses ranging from 85 A to 60 D. Eteco, Inc.’s spray coatings are 100% solids and contain minimal to no VOCs. Eteco, Inc.’s polyurea spray coatings are designed to be used in applications such as hard coats, truck bed liners, tank coatings, waterproof liners, secondary containment liners, concrete floor coatings, and architectural coatings.

Eteco, Inc.’s series of patching systems is comprised of two-component polyurethane elastomers with Shore Hardnesses ranging from 55 D to 80 D. These materials are each supplied as liquid but once mixed, the system becomes thixotropic, allowing for easy brushing or spreading on vertical walls. Once fully cured, each material is tough and flexible with high impact resistance. Eteco, Inc.’s patching systems can be used as an adhesive, coating, or as a patch material for spray urethanes. They can be applied with a brush, paint stick, or trowel.

The 8000 Series is specifically designed for faux wood decor and moldings but can be utilized in a variety of applications. The 8000 Series offers excellent permeability for paints and stains. Each of these materials can be supplied in a flame-retardant version. Eteco, Inc.’s rigid pour foams contain no HFC’s or HFO’s.

Initially designed for insulation paneling in the transportation market, the 8600 Series has proved itself capable in marine, artificial plant potting, composite coring, and energy markets. The 8600 Series offers our best R-value, K-factor, and compressive strength. This series exhibits the highest closed cell content and thrives in molding and void-filling applications. Each of these materials can be supplied in a flame-retardant version. Eteco, Inc.’s rigid pour foams contain no HFC’s or HFO’s.

The 8800 Series is the latest addition to our portfolio; designed to replace HFC and HFO co-blown rigid foams. The 8800 Series provides a more environmentally friendly option due to its lack of HFC’s, HFO’s, and VOC’s. These systems create a smooth, almost “cell-less” skin in molded products. The 8800 Series is primarily used in taxidermy and molding applications where the foam skin is exposed. Each of these materials can be supplied in a flame-retardant version.

HL 300-4 is designed for concrete slab lifting and stabilizing, undersealing, soil compaction, and void filling. The closed cell, high density structural foam is hydro-insensitive and bonds well to concrete and soil.

The HP-F Series is a FR rated extension of the standard 8600 and 8800 Series. This series is primarily designed for flotation foam requiring MIL-P- 21929C but can be used for any application requiring flame retardancy. Eteco, Inc.’s rigid pour foams contain no HFC’s or HFO’s. All materials from our standard HP 8600 and HP 880 Series can be supplied in a flame-retardant version.

The RS 1400 Series has proved itself capable in transportation, marine, artificial plant potting, composite coring, and energy markets. The 1400 Series offers our best R-value, K-factor, and compressive strength in densities ranging from 2 lb/ft3 to 10 lb/ft3. This series exhibits high closed cell content and thrives in void-filling applications. Eteco, Inc.’s rigid pour foams contain no HFC’s or HFO’s.
